This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and stores nothing you send beyond the email it arrives in. The detail is below.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist because most sites set cookies that are not strictly necessary — usually for advertising or cross-site analytics. Consent is required for those, not for having a website.
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not store identifiers that single you out. Because nothing non-essential is set, no consent is required, so no banner is shown. A banner where none is needed is just an obstacle between you and the page.
What the analytics measure
Aggregate page views, referrers, approximate country, device category, and real performance timings from your browser. This tells us which pages are useful and whether the site is fast on real devices.
It does not build a profile of you, follow you to other sites, or feed an advertising platform.
What happens when you use a form
The contact form sends what you type to our email inbox. The careers form does the same, with your resume attached.
- Nothing from either form is written to a database or file store.
- Resumes are email attachments only — we keep no candidate records.
- Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to rate-limit submissions and prevent spam. It is not retained.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to add you to.
Third parties involved
Keeping this list short is a deliberate design goal, not an accident.
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts — the IBM Plex fonts are self-hosted from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to Google when you load a page.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and applications live in our email for as long as they are useful — an active conversation, or a candidate we might come back to. Ask us to delete a thread and we will.
Analytics are aggregated and retained by Vercel under their own retention policy. There is no per-person record for us to delete.
Contacting us about your data
Email hello@apexsutra.com and we will respond. Because we hold so little, most requests resolve to deleting an email thread.
