Careers
No open roles today. Still worth writing.
We're small and not hiring for a specific position right now. We do read everything that arrives, and when a role opens the people already in this inbox hear first.
Open positions
Nothing advertised right now
The pipeline is open instead.
We would rather say this plainly than list a role we are not actually recruiting for. If you send us something you have built, it goes to a real inbox and gets read. When we do open a position, that is the list we go to first.
How we work
Habits, not a values poster.
Every one of these is checkable. Ask anyone who has worked with us whether we actually do them — that is the point of writing them down.
Every change is reviewed
No commit reaches production without another engineer reading it. Review is how the team learns, not a gate to get past.
No crunch theatre
Sustained overtime is a planning failure, not commitment. If a date is at risk we change the scope or the date.
Decisions get written down
Architecture choices are recorded with the alternatives we rejected. Nobody should have to reverse-engineer a reason.
You own what you ship
The person who builds a thing operates it. It is the fastest way to learn what production actually demands.
Disagreement is expected
Strong technical opinions are welcome, argued on merit. Seniority is not a tiebreaker.
Honest estimates
We would rather give a client an uncomfortable number than an optimistic one. That standard applies internally too.
We have not published a benefits list. Benefits are promises, and we would rather agree them with the first people who join than advertise something we have not decided. Ask us directly — you will get a straight answer.
Get in touch
Show us something you built.
We care much more about one thing you made and can explain than about a formatted CV. Tell us what was hard about it.
Your resume is emailed to our hiring inbox as an attachment and is not written to any database or file store. We hold no candidate records, which means there is nothing for us to lose or for you to ask us to delete.
